Britain's personal data protection agency today announced that an employee in the private hospital where the Princess of Wales was undergoing surgery Kate in 2024 attempted to sell "extremely sensitive personal information", which is believed to have been Her medical records.

The Office of the Information Commissioner (ICO) began an investigation in March of that year on whether clinic workers tried to gain access to the medical records of the Crown Prince's wife, who had undergone surgery in the abdomen two months earlier.

In its communication of today's date, the ICO stated that it completed the criminal investigation and found that a - now- health worker had carried out a ‘deliberated abuse’ sensitive information and offered to reveal it for a fee.

Sky News broadcast that the case concerned Kate, however ICO refused to comment on who specifically owned the files. The princess's office, Kensington Palace, avoided making any comment.

44-year-old Kate has been undergoing surgery for an unspecified to date condition. Some time later he made known that he would undergo chemotherapy because the tests showed that he was suffering from some form of cancer.

ICO announced that it made a formal warning to London Clinic hospital, one of the country's largest private nursing institutions, but found no other omissions on its part. King Charles had been hospitalized in the same hospital.
