Implementation is in operation on the digital submission of appeals the beneficiaries of the payment of the year of application 2024, and the advance of the year of application 2025, following the completion of the planned checks and payments, as announced by the Independent Public Revenue Authority.

The procedure concerns farmers and farmers. active in the following interventions, as defined in the relevant Ministerial Decisions and Circulars of Payment:

• Π3 -70-1.5: Conservation of endangered indigenous breeds of rural animals.

• P3-70-1.3.2: Application of the method of preventing the coupling of insect enemies of crops (Confusium).

• P3­70­2.1: Aid for conversion into biological practices and methods (new entry into organic agriculture and livestock).

P3-70-1.7: Action obligations ‘10.1.04 Reduction of water pollution from agricultural activity’ of PAA 2014-2020.

The application is submitted through the respective Information Systems using the producer's personal codes, at the myADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), following the route: Applications > Other Services > Appeals for measures and interventions of agricultural aid within the following deadlines:

• From 18/6/2026 to 1/7/2026 (time limit of 10 working days) for Intervention P3-70.1.3.2 and P3-70-1.7.

• From 18/6/2026 to 24/6/2026 (time limit of 5 working days) for Interventions P3-70.1.5 and P3-70.2.1.

Interested parties shall have access to the analytical tables with their payment calculation data and may object to the findings or request the correction of errors in the compliance documents. At the same time, they must take the necessary steps to correct the data in their respective computerised bases, as the findings are reviewed solely by computer means of cross-checks and are not checked by a committee within the Intervention.

It is noted that cases of producers of Intervention P3-70.2.1 not paid for such ongoing controls in the use of plant protection preparations or suspension of approval/accreditation decisions of the Control and Certification Organisations (GLPs), will be re-evaluated as to eligibility conditions based on the updated GLP data.
