Cucurbits Dismisses The prosecutor brought proceedings against the two brothers, 20 and 16 years, accused of with three young accomplices, threatened with a 25-year-old gun to carry 20,000 euros in a bank account they indicated to him.
The two brothers are being prosecuted for robbery jointly, attempted extortion, as well as violations of the Arms Act (distinguished, as appropriate).
After the prosecutions brought against them were referred to the third regular investigator from whom received a deadline and will remain in custody. Two more 16-year-olds and an 18-year-old are included in the same file.
It all happened at dawn on Wednesday, when the five people boarded the 25-year-old in a vehicle and moved him to an area of the Municipality of Oreocastros, where after they immobilized him, threatening him with a gun and a cutting tool, they forced him to transfer the money of 20,000 euros to an account they indicated to him.
They then led him to the area of Vineyards in order to withdraw cash from ATMs without making it possible, while when they landed him outside his home, with threats against his life they demanded the payment of additional money and the failure to inform the police authorities.
The two accused siblings are reportedly not unknown to the 25-year-old victim as the 20-year-old appears to have an affair with his sister.
The two brothers were arrested following investigations of police officers of the Department of Narcotics and Detection of Beautiful Crimes, with the assistance of the Department of Prevention and Suppression of Criminality. During their house searches a pistol, an airsoft-style airgun, four airsoft-type rifles and four knives were seized. They previously denied the basic charges attributed to them.
