A tragic case was revealed in Nikiti Halkidiki, where an 83-year-old woman was found dead in her home Thursday afternoon, with the first estimates showing that her death occurred several days before her detection.
According to the evidence collected by the authorities so far, there is no evidence of criminal activityThe elderly was found dead shortly after 14:00 by her daughter, who immediately notified the police.
At the scene a coroner went, who during the initial autopsy found no obvious traces of criminal activity. Early autopsy estimates determine the time of the woman's death about 20 to 30 days before her discovery.
Her body was transferred to the Medical Service of Thessaloniki, where the intended autopsy – autopsy will take place, in order to determine the exact causes of her death.
