The operation was completed shortly before 6 a.m., when the two youngsters were safely transported to a point where an EMCDDA ambulance was waiting for them. The wounded was received for his transit to a nursing unit, while the second is well in his health.

The mobilisation of the authorities reportedly began yesterday, around 9 p.m., after a call from a friend of the two young men in 199. The update reported that the two young people were disoriented during hiking in a difficult area of Olympus, in the wider area of the Orlia stream of the municipality of Diu - Olympus.
