In the light of a constitutional review the judges and prosecutors were invited by the Union of Justices and Prosecutors to vote on six points of the Constitution concerning Justice. The electronic voting process was completed and 1,253 members of the Union participated.
According to the results, the judges supported the repeal of Article 86 of the Constitution concerning the prosecution of the members of the government on the initiative of the House and propose that the power be fully vested in ordinary Justice, while 7.66% advocated maintaining the provision of Article 86 of the Constitution on the prosecution of the members of the government as it has sole competence of the House
At the same time 71.90% of the judges propose that the limits of independence (retirement) remain and 28.10% suggest that the limits of service should be increased by three.
Furthermore, it proposes 72.45% of judges should be prohibited from judicial and prosecutorial officers from taking public positions for any reason for 3 years after leaving the judiciary, which are assigned to them by the executive or legislative authority, whereas 27.55% of judges, it proposes that there be no restriction on judicial and prosecutorial officials leaving for any reason from the judiciary to take public positions.
