He was arrested on Thursday (18/06) in Sfakia minor from OPKE Chania, as in control he tried to escape and in his possession a cartridge revolver was found.
For the case he was arrested and 47-year-old for neglecting minor supervision.
Police in an announcement states:
"Evening hours were arrested yesterday (18.06.2026) in an area of the Municipality of Sfakion by police of the Crime Prevention and Suppression Group Chania minor national for violation of arms laws and disobedience. In addition he was arrested 47 years old for neglecting minor supervision.
In particular, in the context of targeted controls to combat illegal behaviour, officers of the aforementioned Service yesterday (18.06.2026) in the afternoon, attempted to carry out a check on J.E.F. But he tried to avoid him and after he was immobilized he was found to own a cartridge revolver.
The pre-interrogation is operated by the Department of Narcotics and Criminal Detection of Chania".
