Developments recorded in the Vorizian case and the bloody episode in November 2025, costing two people life, a 39-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman, family members who had various things.
Developments are related to the explosion that occurred a few hours before the bloody incident and which allegedly triggered tension between individuals in the two families. In the context of an additional procedure, three persons from the family of the 39-year-old dead - who were already temporarily detained for another case - face charges of moral insinuation in the explosion, the construction of the explosive device and the destruction of foreign property. The three people today were transferred to the Courts of Heraklion, from the penitentiary where they are held, asking and receiving a deadline to apologize next Friday.
In the case of the explosion, two more incarcerated relatives of the 39-year-old dead are reportedly involved, who are also expected to apologize next week.
It is recalled that last November he had apologized for the explosion case and a 24-year-old nephew of the deceased who was accused of placing the explosive device. The 24-year-old who had denied the charges had then been released on restrictive terms.
