The proposal to meet was formulated by Tyler McBeth during a LGBT Center Greece videocast on YouTube. Conversing with actress and activist Jeff Montana, McBeth, who has previously worked on health structures in the United States, expressed a desire to meet with Health Minister in order to discuss health-related issues.
"I haven't met him personally. I would very much like Adonis, if he hears this, to sit down and discuss all possibilities," he said.
For his part, Stefanos Kasselakis appeared confident that the minister would accept the proposal, with Tyler McBeth answering: "Perfect, let's arrange the meeting".
During the debate, the president of the "Republics - Progressive Centre" acknowledged that, despite his political disagreements with Adonis Georgiades, he appreciates his willingness to participate in public dialogues and meetings outside the ordinary political frameworks.
The couple also mentioned his three-year stay in Greece, noting that the country has now evolved on a permanent basis of their lives, as they feel increasingly that they have found their home in Greece.
