A 71-year-old who lived in the apartment was in danger of being burned but the grandson -23- who perceived the fire was able to get him out, while at the point they rushed immediately 12 firefighters with three aquifer vehicles and two auxiliarys from PY Serres located nearby.
The 71-year-old with burns in the hand and leg was transported by an ambulance to the General Hospital of Serres where he is hospitalized out of danger according to the ERT report.
His room was burned to the ground, while pre-trial conducts the relevant department of P.Y. Serres.
