According to the same information, he admitted that during the time at issue he was found in the area both pedestrian and engine, but arguing that his movements were associated with visits to a person from his intimate environment in which he carried unwell meals from the student club. At the same time, he said that in the same area is a monastery of Mount Athos, where monks are hosted when outside the Athenian State, with whom he maintains contacts.

Information from judicial sources states that the surviving animal had been granted special treatment to treat fola poisoning by a veterinarian, which reinforced the assumption that the incidents were linked to the use of a poisonous substance. So far, the results of the specific examinations carried out at the AUTH Veterinary Laboratory for dead cats, according to the same sources remain pending.

Upon completion of the main interrogation of the case, the case is expected to be forwarded to the competent Judicial Council which will decide whether or not to refer the defendant to trial. It has also imposed an administrative fine of EUR 60,000 against which it appealed to the Administrative Court in the light of the criminal investigation.
