In addition to a new deadline that will apply from today, we are granting an extension to attract investment interest until Sunday 28 June. We wish to put the Municipality of Larisia, who in the person of the Mayor and first citizen of our city with its institutional authority, as guardian of this new effort, to be able to accept the proposals of the interested parties alone, in order to avoid doubts or misinterpretations among those involved.
The only condition for granting our shares to persons of natural or legal origin is the choice of credible investors who can cover all current and regulated obligations of AEL FC, with the provision of serious guarantees in advance.
Any other extension beyond 28 June to show interest calls into question the registration of AEL in SL2, as the remaining time is very specific and the overall needs of the group are pressing. After our historical move today, the circle of the Davelis family's contribution to AEL is finally closed and we hope that the right administrative continuity for the Larissa team will arise immediately.
This decision, from now on, has become necessary, with the sole incentive to save the group from serious risks. In the present and future of AEL there are no speculators or speculators, which this administration has flagged and acted in the last four years.
