Alexander Giotopoulos returns to Korydallou prisons after the suspension of the parliament for his release from the Areopagos.
Earlier the sentenced 17 times as leader of the terrorist organization 17N was transferred from the offices of the General Police Directorate of Attica to the Office of Appeals of Piraeus and from there took the road to the Korydallos prisons.

The latest Release of Alexander Yotopoulos after 24 years of detention was his 5th in order attempt to release, while a negative proposal had been made by the District Attorney, the court of first degree and a negative proposal by the prosecutor who was recommended to the Court of Appeals of Piraeus.
It is recalled that Alexander Yotopoulos was arrested in 2002, when the dislocation of the terrorist organization 17N began and remained a prisoner, while never regretting his actions, nor did he accept that he was the moral perpetrator of the firm murders of the organization for which he was convicted.
Alexander Giotopoulos, theoretically, will remain another year in prison, until it reaches 25 years.
