Luckyopoulou protests the decision of AADE to reject an application for a post in the Central Service, the announcement of her lawyer

In an insult to the decision of the management of AADE to be judged as ineligible the application made for a Chief Management position in the Central Service (GDELEP), Friday Luckyopoulou, as her lawyer says in a statement.

Mrs. Luckyopoulou's lawyer mentions a decision based on photographic provisions, referring to "an illegal act of vindictive treatment".

By decision of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors ruled as ineligible the application of Friday Luckyopoulou for a Head of Division position in the Central Office (GDELEP) from which it was unlawfully dismissed on 14.10.2024.

This decision is based on photographic provisions which entered into force on 1.1.2026, with the apparent purpose of excluding it, in view of its vindication by the Athens Single-Member Court of First Instance (Dec. 411/2026), which indeed ruled that it was unlawful and vengeful and ordered its reposition into a Director's post.

This method is demonstrated by the following:

- Selective Exclusion: The new provisions of Article 75 of the ADE body exclude TE only from the Central Office of DGELEP, where Ms. Luckyopoulou served.

- Institutional Contraactivity: At the same time, staff are allowed to be placed in positions of supervisors in Regional Directorates of the same service, as well as in positions of Chiefs of the IT Directorate of AADE.

- Lack of Objectivity: The tasks remain identical to those in the OPEKEPE, where the Regulation expressly provided for the placement of TE staff in positions of Head of Central Service Directorates.

These arrangements are another illegal act of vindictive treatment and mobbing, in violation of the institutional framework for the protection of public interest witnesses, due to the cooperation of P. Luckyopoulou with the European Public Prosecutor's Office and its role in the promotion of the OPEKEPE scandal.

P. Luckyopoulou has already taken an insult to this illegal and vindictive decision in order to restore legitimacy and meritocracy.
