For Wednesday (17/6), the trial of the 30-year-old Romanian case was postponed, who was arrested Sunday (14/6) at noon on the beach of Agia Marina in Stylida, for secretly photographing juvenile and adult girls in swimsuits.
His case will be tried by Autophoros One-Member Defects a Lamia court at 12:30 a.m.
According to the local website LamiaReport, the 30-year-old was arrested by NYPD police officers, to whom he was reported by phone that a group of foreigners on this beach secretly photographed the girls.
Indeed, the group was spotted and the police found three photos focused on minors and adult girls on the 30-year-old's cell phone. For the other three of the group, no illegal reception occurred.
After his arrest he was informed by the District Attorney who ordered his detention and transfer the next day to the District Attorney's Office of Primary Lamia. There, he was indicted for trial under the Autophorus, asked for and yet took a postponement in order to prepare his apology.
