Larisa's Trimel Court of Appeals did not accept the performance statements to support the category of Bar Associations in the trial for railway accident in Temby. Also, the union's statement "Panhellenic Association of Personal Attractions" was not accepted. On the contrary, the statement by the Greek State and the statements made on the offence of violating duty concerning three of the total 36 defendants were accepted.

It is noted that the decision on the Bar Associations was by majority with the president's minority.

It is recalled that the prosecutor proposed that the statements of the Bar Associations should be accepted only for the offence of disrupting the security of transport and rejecting the statements of the Association "Panhellenic Association of Personal Attractions" and the Greek State. He also suggested that all statements made about the offence of violating duty should be rejected.

Earlier, prosecutors completed their positions on the prosecutor's proposal.

The trial continues with the initial placement of Mrs. Zoe Konstantopoulou for the performance of the Greek State.

Finally, it is recalled that the State only turns against the accused three station chiefs and then the head of the Larissa Inspection Department of the Traffic Support Service (railways) of Central and South Greece.
