Swedish court condemned one today 61 year old male in four years and five months in prison because He published "unfortunately" his wife Forcing her to prostitute herself to over a hundred men.
The man was found guilty of ‘Distinguished pups’, as well as for attempted rape, assault and threats related to events extending over three years, according to the court's announcement of this case which caused shock in Sweden.
The court "concluded that the man had prompted the woman to be prostituted and was the one involved in most of the management of this activity," is added to the announcement.
‘The complainant has suffered ruthless exploitation’, stressed the court.
Approximately 120 customers were identified during the investigation, of which 29 were able to be prosecuted and 28 were sentenced, two of whom in prison without parole.
Prosecutor Ida Anerstead had stated at the beginning of the trial, in April, at the French Agency, that the woman had "deep fear" for her husband.
The defendant had asked his wife not to make him angry, because otherwise "the beast would be released," had the prosecutor stated during the trial according to the Athenian News Agency.
"We documented that the man influenced and pushed his wife perform sexual acts to herself, distribute them online, accept other sexual clients and attempt to convince neighbors and clients to have sex with her. On numerous occasions, this happened following persistent demands and contemptuous words," Judge Johann Alberg said, according to the announcement.
"On the contrary we did not document that her participation was involuntary, based on the talks presented as evidence and in the absence of testimony about the events judged," he added.
The Court did not condemn the man for rape, as he was unable to prove coercion.
Comparisons had been made between this case and the case of Dominique Pelico in France, who was sentenced in December 2024 to 20 years in prison because from 2011 to 2020 he drugged his wife, Giselle, to deliver her to dozens of strangers who raped her inside their home in Mazan, southern France.
