The United States refused to allow Israel to consider the full content of the Memorandum of Understanding with Iran, reportedly invoked by Israeli Channel 12. As a result, the Israeli government still does not know all the details of the agreement, which is expected to be signed and formally presented on Friday in Switzerland.

According to the report, Jerusalem asked Washington to be allowed access to the full text of the Memorandum of Understanding formed between the United States and Iran, however this request fell into vacuum.

Earlier today, US President Donald Trump said - from France where he is for the G7 summit - that he intends to hold a press conference on the agreement, saying he will "read the document word for word". However, it did not specify when the full terms of the agreement would be made public.

No official text has been published so far. Nevertheless, Iranian media argued yesterday that the memorandum contains 14 basic provisions.

According to the same information, the terms include the withdrawal of Israeli military forces from southern Lebanon, the immediate lifting of the blockade of the Straits of Hormuz and their complete reopening, the abolition of all sanctions against Iran, the release of $24 billion from frozen Iranian funds as well as the preparation of an American reconstruction plan for the country of $300 billion.

Despite Iranian media reports, Israel's Defence Minister Israel Israel, Israel Katz, noted yesterday that the IDF will not leave Lebanon, stressing that this remains the policy of both the same and Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.

At the same time, Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Aragci said that the ceasefire in Lebanon, as well as the other provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding, will enter into force on Friday, immediately after the official signing of the agreement in Switzerland.

Negotiations on the nuclear programmeThe Memorandum of Understanding is considered a transitional framework for negotiating a wider and more comprehensive agreement covering Iran's nuclear programme.

According to the information published, after signing the agreement the two parties will have a 60-day deadline to reach the terms of the final agreement.

Trump: "I proposed in Syria to take over Hezbollah"Speaking at the G7 summit, Trump also referred to the situation in Lebanon and his relations with Israel.

"The conflicts in Lebanon last too long. I suggested Syria take over Hezbollah. It would do a better job," he said. At the same time, he added: "I have a good relationship with Bibi, but now he must show greater respect for Lebanon.".

The American president also reiterated his support for the agreement with Iran, arguing that it is a "fair deal". "We have a good deal with Iran. We don't invest money in Iran. We have the right to do so in the future if necessary, but we do not have to invest there," he said.

He also stressed that the agreement ensures that Tehran does not have nuclear weapons. "Iran will never acquire nuclear weapons under this agreement. If he develops or acquires nuclear weapons or anything like that, then the gates of hell will open against him," Trump said.
