A total of six violations of the National Airspace by armed Turkish F-16 were recorded on Tuesday 16 June in the Aegean, according to data from the General Staff of National Defence.

In particular, two formations of Turkish fighters consisted of four F-16s, as well as an unmanned aircraft (UAV), with the total number of Turkish aircraft reaching five.

Of four F-16s, two were armed.

According to the official data, four air traffic rules were also violated in FIR Athens, both of which were attributed to F-16 and the other two to UAV.
