The developments around the future on the bench of Panathinaikos and Zeljko Obradovic continue to concern the basketball world of Europe and are reasonably at the heart of interest.
According to a report by Serbian "Mozzart Sport", Panathinaikos he closely monitors the case of the top coach in EuroLeague history and has allegedly already made a proposal to carry out his return to Athens. As stated, the "greens" offer the 65-year-old technical contract of three years with total earnings of up to 5 million euros, now awaiting his own response.

The top coach's name came back dynamically after the completion of Panathinaikos' partnership with Erkin Ataman. It was also known that Obradovic was not going into a discussion process with any team while the season was under way or while there was a coach in an active contract. After the latest developments in the green camp, this obstacle no longer exists.
Obradovic was connected as much as anyone else with Panathinaikos, leading the club to a golden era making history with the clover. During his presence on the team bench, he won EuroLeague five times and created one of the most successful dynasties in European basketball history.
At the same time, the same report says that in Serbia there remains a strong debate about whether he could return to Partizan. However, it is noted that Belgrade's "white-black" administration is already going ahead with planning the next day with a coach under contract, Joan Penjaroya, with no signs of a reversal at the moment.
