The recruitment of Ruben Amorim from Milan was formalized on Tuesday afternoon (16/6) with the Portuguese technician signing a contract until the summer of 2029 with the “rosoneri”, having an appearance for another year.
As Italian media reported, Amorim, who won the "fight" with Oliver Glasner for the 7-time European champions bench, sent his contract signed, which would yield him 3.2m euros annually.
At the same time, he will also have several significant goals bonuses, such as winning the championship which will bring him extra 1 million euros or qualifying for the Champions League, for which he will receive 500,000 euros.

Amorim began his coaching career in 2018, after a successful professional football route, during which he competed in Belenense and Benfica, as well as in the Portuguese national team.
After his first coaching experiences in Casa Pia and Braga, took over the technical leadership of Sporting Lisbon in March 2020, marking the beginning of a cycle characterized by strong racing identity, innovation and footballer development. This period was accompanied by major successes, including two Portuguese championships, two League Cup and a Super Cup. More recently he worked as a Manchester United coach, before joining Milan.
Throughout his career, Amorim has developed a modern and dominant tactical approach, with clear footballer profiles and strong organizational structure, which contributes to the development of young players and to the maximization of their capabilities.".
