A new possibility of settling debts to the IRS and the EPKA is to be put into effect, offering taxpayers the possibility to repay up to 72 monthly instalments.
The online platform myADE will open for applications from late June to early July and the deadline will last until the end of December, giving enough time for stakeholders to join the program.
The Arrangement covers outstanding or settled debts incurred until 31 December 2023, provided that they have not already been subject to another regulation until 21 April 2026.
Furthermore, for successful inclusion in the programme, taxpayers must have settled or settled any newer debts arising from 1 January 2024 onwards.
The interest rate on debts to be subject to the new arrangement is set at 5.84%, while the minimum monthly instalment cannot be lower than 30 euros.
The measure aims to relieve taxpayers, enabling debt management without direct financial pressure, while ensuring a smooth flow of revenue to the State.
Interested parties will be able to submit their application fully electronically via myADE, following the steps that will be available for easy access and completion of the process. The system will allow automatic calculation of doses depending on the amount of the debt and the conditions of the measure.
