Two years from today, 2028 will be ready the new, under the construction of a multi-powered hospitality and entertainment complex «Boria“ in Maroussi, with a total investment of the class EUR 380 million.
The project includes 5 star hotel with a capacity of 300 beds, multi-purpose rooms and conference rooms, wellness areas (spa), pools and restaurants, two underground parking spaces and its relocation Parnithas Casinotogether with extensive environment configurations.
It is noted that the Voria, which was officially presented today, is the largest strategic investment in the part of hospitality and entertainment in the north of Athens. The project includes the construction of important traffic infrastructure to solve the chronic problems at Kifisia Avenue with Spyros Loui Avenue, as well as the creation of green and public utility areas of a total area of 25,000 sq.m. to be granted to the Municipality of Amarousiou.

For the management of the luxury hotel that will operate in the VORIA hosting and entertainment complex under construction, North Star Entertainment of the Regency Entertainment Group has selected the international chain of luxury hotel units MGallery Collection of ACCOR Group.

The hotel will be capacity 170 rooms and suites, will have a state-of-the-art spa 2,000 sqm, catering and leisure areas, meeting and event areas, indoors as well as outdoor pool, while its design provides for the incorporation of innovative applications and the adoption of best practices in the international area of hospitality. It is noted that MGallery in Maroussi will be the new member of the chain in Attica, after Athens Capital-MGallery and Athens Capital Suites-MGallery Collection of the Lambsas Group, which since 2024 has been one of the main shareholders of Regency Entertainment.
It is noted that at the moment the construction work of Voria is in full progress by METKA with a completion horizon and full operation in May 2028.
