With a delay, Donald Trump arrived at the meeting of G7 leaders held in Evian-le-Ben, France, with the American president choosing to comment with humor on his entry into the hall.
Addressing the attendees, Trump joked that is ‘the boss’, and then addressed the photographers and journalists who had received permission to enter the site temporarily.
"Would you like to stay at the meeting? I don't mind," he said smiling at media representatives. A few minutes later, journalists left the room under the prescribed protocol.

At the same time, G7 leaders expressed their support for the interim US peace agreement with Iran on the reopening of the Straits of Hormuz. In their joint announcement, group leaders praised Trump's role in reaching the agreement, talking about "strong leadership" that contributed to achieving this diplomatic development.
At the same time, they described the agreement, which is expected to be formally presented to Signing ceremony Friday, as a 'historical opportunity' to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and to strengthen stability in the wider Middle East region.
